I offer my services via secure online video call, enabling you to access counselling from wherever you are in the world and to fit in with your availability and time pressures.

Going forward

In your first session, you will be able to explore your concerns with me and establish what you hope to get out of counselling. I will enquire about some background information relevant to the therapy and you will be able to ask questions to get any clarification you need. If you feel the service is not suitable for you at this stage, i will help you explore your options and endeavour to offer you a referral more appropriate to your needs.

Terms

Sessions last for 50 minutes, normally at a regular time slot each week. It is important to attend weekly so as to get the most out of therapy.

I appreciate that life sometimes means sessions have to be cancelled, moved or rescheduled . I would expect you to let me know as far in advance as possible if a session is to be altered. If you miss a session without contacting me to let me know, the full session fee will be charged. There are no charges for cancelled or rescheduled sessions.

I will provide you with a confidentiality agreement and written terms upon commencement of therapy.

If I assess you to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during any of our sessions, I retain the right to end the session and full fees will be charged.
